Georgia Voters with disabilities:

  • Do not need to wait in line to vote if you vote between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Notify a poll officer when you apply
  • Have access to audio and sip-and-puff ballots
  • Can vote on a voting machine while being seated in a chair or wheelchair
  • Can receive assistance from any other person to vote except:

                 - employers, representative employers, or union representatives in federal elections

                 - poll workers or poll watchers who are residents of your precinct in all other elections
